Polydeoxyribonucleotide — short fragments of DNA, most commonly derived from salmon. It became well known through Korean clinic treatments. Applied topically it is used to support skin repair, hydration and the look of smoother texture. A cream is not an injection and will not behave like one.
It can soften the appearance of fine horizontal lines, largely by improving hydration, texture and the look of firmness. Deep set creases and loose skin are structural — a topical will not remove them. If that is your main concern, a clinic is the honest answer.
Hydration and softness usually within the first week. Texture and the look of fine lines take longer — give it six to eight weeks of twice-daily use before judging, and take a photo on day one in the same light so you have something to compare against.
Apply the cream first — the tool needs slip or it will drag. Hold it almost flat against the skin, not on its edge, and use light pressure with slow strokes. Three passes per section is plenty. If your skin is red afterwards you are pressing far too hard.
